Typical response window: 2–5 business days. For urgent issues such as broken gameplay or data loss, please include "Urgent" in your subject line so we can prioritize your message.
What To Include
Including relevant details upfront helps us resolve your issue faster without back-and-forth. Depending on the type of message:
- Bug report: Device type (desktop or mobile), browser name and version, level number where the bug occurred, and a short description of what happened versus what you expected.
- Gameplay question: The level number, the categories involved, and a brief description of where you are stuck. Screenshots of the board state are helpful if the situation is difficult to describe.
- Content feedback: The page URL where you noticed the issue and a description of the error or suggestion.
- Business or partnership inquiry: A brief description of the proposal and your contact information. We review all business inquiries but may not respond to every outreach.
- Privacy or data request: Your request type (access, deletion, or correction) and any relevant details. See our Privacy Policy for information on what data we hold.
Common Questions
Can I request a new level or category theme?
Yes. We welcome suggestions for new category ideas or level themes. Include a brief description of the theme and any example words you had in mind. We cannot guarantee every suggestion will be added, but all feedback is reviewed when planning new content.
My progress was lost. Can it be restored?
Progress is stored locally in your browser and is not synced to a server. If you cleared your browser data or switched devices, progress cannot be recovered. If you believe a bug caused the loss without any browser changes on your end, please contact us with your browser details and we will investigate.
A level seems impossible to complete. Is that a bug?
Every level in the game is verified to have at least one valid solution path. If a level feels unsolvable, it is most likely a sequencing challenge rather than an error. Check the walkthroughs for that level to see a worked example. If the walkthrough does not match the board you are seeing, contact us with the level number so we can check for a data issue.
